Warrane College is a project of Education Development Association, a not-for-profit organisation set up for the purposes of founding Warrane, which now has many other educational initiatives around Australia.

The role of the Warrane College Council is to advise and assist the College to fulfil its goals within the context of the College’s foundational charism.

Members of the Warrane College Council are appointed by the EDA Board and meet with the College's Master and Dean each Term.
