  3. Cleaning of your floor (including your bedroom and facilities) three times per week.
  4. Linen and towels provided and changed once per week.

  7. Full use of all College facilities including the College library, gym, music room and the other living, academic and social areas.
  8. A range of support and recreational programs encompassing academic, social, cultural, sporting, leadership, spiritual, personal and professional development initiatives.

Our policy is to be very open about fees.

The details below outline all you will have to pay for accommodation. For example, you will not have to pay extra if you want to have seconds at meals, use the washing machines or access the Internet; you will have to pay extra if you choose to photocopy or print (we think that is fair).

Semester 1 of 2018 includes 18 weeks of accommodation, which aligns with the main UNSW academic calendar and includes the teaching period, mid-semester break and examination period.

Residents make a commitment to live in College for a whole semester. College fees are paid in advance for this period.

 (new residents only)

To secure a place a non-refundable holding deposit of $2,000 is required (the deposit forms part of the Semester Fees).

The fees for 2018 have been set to enable the College to operate at a standard that our residents expect and deserve.

There is a 10% discount on the accommodation component of the Semester Fees if you have a sibling residing at the College.

ActCom fees enable participation in the various social, cultural and sporting events organised by the Activities' Committee of the College.

The one-off Registration Fee also includes the cost of the Warrane first-year football jersey.

All students moving into residence at Warrane for the first time are required to pay a bond of $200 in addition to College fees. The bond is refundable on leaving the College and completion of the appropriate form after all obligations to the College have been met (e.g. damage to property or outstanding printing costs may be charged to the bond).

Photocopying and printing are charged on a per use basis: $0.07 for Black & White and $0.50 for Colour.
