Prior to his role in government, Bay spent over 15 years in the corporate sector with McKinsey, Fairfax, eBay and Johnson & Johnson. Career highlights included project managing Fairfax’s first e-commerce site, being part of the launch team for eBay in Australia and building a new electrophysiology business in ANZ for Johnson & Johnson Medical. Bay’s focus areas in McKinsey were growth strategies and healthcare.
