Prominent Merchant banker and Philanthropist Jim Dominguez is this Wednesday’s guest

Jim Dominguez co-founded the Stock Exchange Member firm Dominguez & Barry in 1976 (later to become Dominguez Barry Samuel Montagu, then SBC Dominguez Barry and now UBS Australia) - a juggernaut in the Australian investment banking market. 

Jim is also known for his services to the community and merchant banking. He is on the Marist Finance Commission, is chair of St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney, Director of the Garvan Institute of Medical Research and Fellow of the governing body of the University of Sydney – all on a voluntary basis,. He was a governor of the University of Notre Dame Australia for 13 years (until 2012), and he’s been a director of the Sisters of Charity Foundation since 2011.  His work was acknowledged in his citation when he became a member of the Order of Australia in 1987.
