Professor Les Field AM FAA is the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor of UNSW. Before holding this position, he was the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research) at UNSW 2005-2016, and worked in academia at USYD prior to this.

His roles included Director of the Shadforth Financial Group and head of the Philanthropic Services division. Before his financial career he was in the Australian Army and a member of the Special Air Service (SAS).

Professor Andrew Martin ( BA (Hons), MEd (Hons), PhD), is a Scientia Professor, Professor of Educational Psychology, and Co-Chair of the Educational Psychology Research Group in the School of Education at the UNSW. He is a Registered Psychologist (Psychology Board of Australia) who specialises in motivation, engagement, achievement, and quantitative research methods.
